Report submitted to Governor: Frequency; contents; availability for public inspection. 1. The Commission shall, within 30 days before each general session of the Legislature, submit to the Governor a full and true report of the transactions pursuant to this chapter during the preceding biennium, including a complete statement of receipts and expenditures during that period, together with its legislative recommendations. 2. This report is a public record and must be made available for public inspection within a reasonable time after it is submitted to the Governor.
