Purchase of milk from noncomplying producers; limitation on production. No distributor subject to the provisions of any stabilization and marketing plan shall purchase milk from producers who cannot comply with the provisions of NRS 584.325 to 584.670, inclusive, in such plan. No such plan shall involve a limitation upon the production of fluid milk or fluid cream.
