Nevada Revised Statutes Section 587.017 - Food and Other Commodities
“Advertisement” defined. “Advertisement” means all representations, other than those on the label, disseminated in any manner or by any means, relating to seed within the scope of NRS 587.015 to 587.123, inclusive.
