Penalties. Any violation of the provisions of NRS 590.160 to 590.330, inclusive, shall be punished:
1. For the first conviction, by a fine of not more than $500.
2. For the second conviction, for a misdemeanor.
3. For the third and subsequent convictions, for a gross misdemeanor.
