Nevada Revised Statutes Section 159.075 - Guardianships - Conservatorships - Trusts

Letters of guardianship. When a guardian has taken the official oath and filed a bond as provided in this chapter, the court shall order letters of guardianship to issue to the guardian. Letters of guardianship may be in the following form:
