Acceptance and disbursement of federal appropriations; deposit to State Health Division Federal Account. The Department, through the Health Division, may accept and direct the disbursement of money appropriated by any Act of Congress and apportioned or allocated to the State of Nevada for health purposes. This federal money must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the State Health Division Federal Account within the State General Fund.
