“Heavy-duty motor vehicle” defined. “Heavy-duty motor vehicle” means, except as otherwise provided in NRS 445B.780, a motor vehicle that has a manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating of 8,500 pounds or more. The term does not include a passenger car.
