Supply of water; plumbing. Every hotel shall be provided with a safe, sanitary water supply and there shall be no cross connection between the water system and the sewage collecting system. All plumbing fixtures shall be constructed so there will be no possibility of back siphonage from the plumbing fixtures into the water system.
