Regulations requiring hospital to record and maintain information. The State Board of Health shall adopt regulations which require each hospital to record and maintain information concerning the treatment of trauma in the hospital. The Board shall consider the guidelines adopted by the American College of Surgeons which concern the information which must be recorded.
