Agreement concerning maintenance of plot. Upon the application of an owner of any plot, and upon the payment by him of the amount fixed as a reasonable and proportionate contribution for endowment care a cemetery authority may enter into an agreement with him to use the income from such fund for the care of his plot and its appurtenances.
