Nevada Revised Statutes Section 458.340 - Public Health and Safety
Civil commitment not criminal conviction. The determination of alcoholism or drug addiction and civil commitment pursuant to NRS 458.290 to 458.350, inclusive, shall not be deemed a criminal conviction.
