Insurer prohibited from permitting person whose license has been revoked or suspended to transact insurance. A person licensed to transact insurance in this state shall not knowingly permit any other person whose license to transact insurance in this state has been revoked or suspended to transact insurance or in any manner participate in the transaction of insurance in this state.
