Nevada Revised Statutes Section 695C.280 - Insurance

Commissioner authorized to adopt regulations for licensing of agents or brokers. The Commissioner may adopt such reasonable regulations as are necessary to provide for the licensing of agents or brokers. An agent is a person directly or indirectly associated with a health care plan who engages in solicitation or enrollment. A broker is a person who is directly involved with the insured in the manner provided in chapter 683A of NRS.
