Applicability of provisions. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2 of NRS 62F.260, the provisions of NRS 62F.200 to 62F.260, inclusive, do not apply to a child who is subject to registration and community notification pursuant to NRS 179D.350 to 179D.800, inclusive, before reaching 21 years of age.
