Unlawful to induce employee to refrain from testifying. It is unlawful for any person by force, intimidation, threat of procuring dismissal from employment or in any other manner to induce or attempt to induce an employee to refrain from testifying in any investigation or proceeding relating to or arising under this chapter, or to discharge or penalize any employee for so testifying.
