Unemployment Compensation Service and State Employment Service created within Employment Security Division of Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation. The functions exercised by the Nevada Unemployment Compensation Division and the Nevada State Employment Service Division before March 20, 1941, shall be exercised, after March 20, 1941, by the Unemployment Compensation Service and the State Employment Service, which services are hereby created within the Division.
