Removal or transfer of appeals from one Appeal Tribunal to another Appeal Tribunal.
1. The Board of Review, for cause, may remove or transfer to another Appeal Tribunal any appeal pending before an Appeal Tribunal.
2. The parties to any appeal so removed or transferred by the Board shall be given a full and fair hearing on the original appeal.
