Nevada Revised Statutes Section 612.715 - Labor and Industrial Relations

False statement or failure to disclose material fact to obtain or increase benefit. Whoever makes a false statement or representation knowing it to be false, or knowingly fails to disclose a material fact, to obtain or increase any benefit or other payment under this chapter, either for himself or for any other person, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
