Schedule of fees for services to mentally retarded persons and persons with related conditions. The Administrator shall establish a fee schedule, in consultation with the State Association for Retarded Citizens and subject to the approval of the Board and the Director of the Department, for services rendered to the mentally retarded and to persons with related conditions by the Division.
