Nevada Revised Statutes Section 623.215 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Board authorized to accept evidence of registration in other jurisdiction as interior designer. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.] The Board may accept satisfactory evidence of registration as an interior designer in another jurisdiction where the qualifications required are equal to those required in paragraphs (c) and (d) of subsection 1 of NRS 623.192 at the date of application. Before the Board may accept that evidence, the applicant must pass the examination required pursuant to the provisions of subsection 3 of NRS 623.200.
