Renewal of expired license. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.] Each licensee must renew his license and pay the fee for renewal. Any licensee who fails to renew his license may do so within 6 months after the date of its expiration, upon application to and with the approval of the Board, and upon payment of all required fees and penalties. The Board may extend the time for renewal of the expired license.
