Application for registration; nonrefundability of fee. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]
1. An applicant for registration as an environmental health specialist shall submit to the Board, through its Secretary:
(a) A completed application on a form prescribed and furnished by the Board;
(b) The required fee; and
(c) Proof of his educational qualifications, practical training and experience.
2. The fee is not refundable.
