Use of title or abbreviation; penalty.
1. Only a person who holds a valid certificate of registration issued by the Board may use the title “registered environmental health specialist” or “environmental health specialist” or the abbreviation “R.E.H.S.” or “E.H.S.” after his name.
2. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
