Nevada Revised Statutes Section 628.470 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Unlawful use of designation “public accountant” or “registered public accountant.” A natural person shall not assume or use the title or designation “public accountant,” “registered public accountant” or any other title, designation, words, letters, abbreviation, sign, card or device tending to indicate that he is a public accountant unless he is a registered public accountant, holds a live permit, and all of his offices in this state for the practice of public accounting are maintained and registered as required under NRS 628.370, or unless he has received a certificate as a certified public accountant under NRS 628.190 to 628.310, inclusive, holds a live permit, and all of his offices in this state for the practice of public accounting are maintained and registered as required under NRS 628.370.
