Persons exempt from requirement of continuing education. A holder of an inactive license, or the holder of a license who is retired or disabled, is exempt from the requirement of continuing education. If the holder of such a license applies to the Board to reactivate it, he must submit proof of continuing education for the year in which the license is restored to active status.
