Records. The Board shall keep a record of its proceedings relating to licensing and disciplinary actions. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 633.611, the record must be open to public inspection at all reasonable times and contain the name, known place of business and residence, and the date and number of the license of every osteopathic physician licensed under this chapter.
