Limit on time for completing examination when Board issues summary order of suspension. If the Board issues an order summarily suspending the license of an osteopathic physician pending proceedings for disciplinary action and requires the physician to submit to a mental or physical examination or a medical competency examination, the examination shall be conducted and the results obtained not later than 60 days after the Board issues its order.
