Nevada Revised Statutes Section 634.123 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Chiropractor’s assistant: Qualification; certification; supervision. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.] The Board may issue a certificate to a properly qualified applicant to perform ancillary services relating to chiropractic, other than chiropractic adjustment, under the supervision of a chiropractor. The Board shall specify the formal training, including at least 12 months of study or the equivalent, which such an applicant must have completed before the Board awards him a certificate as a chiropractor’s assistant.
