Creation; number and appointment of members; oaths.
1. The State Board of Oriental Medicine, consisting of five members appointed by the Governor, is hereby created.
2. Each member of the Board shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, take the oath of office prescribed by the Constitution before someone qualified to administer oaths.
