Scope of reexamination. An examinee whose request for reexamination has been granted may, at the discretion of the Board or the testing agency designated by the Board to conduct its examinations, be required to retake:
1. The entire examination; or
2. Only the section or sections of the examination on which he did not receive the grade required to pass.
