Licenses: Execution and contents. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.] The Board shall execute a license for each person who has satisfied the requirements of NRS 636.150. A license must:
1. Certify that the licensee has been examined and found qualified to practice optometry in this State; and
2. Be signed by each member of the Board.
