Report of Board to Attorney General. Before September 1 of each even-numbered year, for the biennium ending June 30 of such year, the Board shall submit to the Attorney General a written report. The report must include:
1. The names of all dispensing opticians to whom licenses have been granted as provided in this chapter.
2. Any cases heard and decisions rendered by the Board.
3. The recommendations of the Board as to future policies.
Ê Each member of the Board shall review and sign the report before it is submitted to the Attorney General.
