Immunity from civil action for assisting administrative proceeding. The Board or any other person who initiates or assists in any lawful investigation or administrative proceeding concerning the discipline of a pharmacist is immune from any civil action for that initiation or assistance or any consequential damages, if the person acted without malicious intent.
