False representations.
1. Any person who secures or attempts to secure registration for himself or any other person by making, or causing to be made, any false representation or who fraudulently represents himself to be a registered pharmacist or practitioner is guilty of a misdemeanor.
2. Any certificate issued by the Board on information later found to be false or fraudulent must be automatically cancelled by the Board.
