Rehearing: Notice; procedure; decision. If the Board, a panel of its members or a hearing officer grants a rehearing, the Board shall immediately notify the holder of the license of the date and place which has been fixed for the rehearing, which must not be less than 10 days thereafter. The hearing must be conducted in the same manner as the former hearing. Upon conclusion thereof, or as soon as practicable thereafter, the Board, a panel of its members or a hearing officer shall make and announce its decision.
