Immunity of certain persons from civil liability. The Board, a review panel of a hospital, an association of psychologists or any other person who or organization which initiates a complaint or assists in any lawful investigation or proceeding concerning the licensing of a psychologist or the discipline of a psychologist for gross malpractice, repeated malpractice, professional incompetence or unprofessional conduct is immune from any civil action for that initiation or assistance or any consequential damages, if the person or organization acted without malicious intent.
