Nevada Revised Statutes Section 641C.050 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses
“Certified counselor” defined. “Certified counselor” means a person who is certified as an alcohol and drug abuse counselor or a problem gambling counselor pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
