Annual fee for holder of license or certificate issued pursuant to chapter 451 or 452 of NRS.
1. The Board shall charge and collect an annual fee from each holder of a license or certificate issued by the Board pursuant to chapter 451 or 452 of NRS.
2. The Board shall adopt regulations which establish the annual fee in an amount that is sufficient in the aggregate, together with the fees received from applicants during the previous year, to defray the Board’s necessary expenses in performing its duties pursuant to chapters 451 and 452 of NRS.
