Reinstatement of lapsed license. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.] When a licensed funeral director has for any reason allowed his license to lapse, the Board may reinstate such license if application therefor is made within a period of 3 years from the time of the lapse and is accompanied by all fees, including penalties, from the time of the lapse to date of reinstatement.
