Owner-developers: Employment of licensed salesmen; registration.
1. An owner-developer who is registered with the real estate division may employ one or more licensed real estate salesmen to sell any single-family residence, owned by the owner-developer and not previously sold, which is within the area covered by his current registration.
2. The area covered by an owner-developer’s registration may be enlarged from time to time upon application and payment of the required fee.
3. Registration may be kept in force by annual renewal.
