Broker: Erection, maintenance, size and placement of signs.
1. Each licensed real estate broker shall erect and maintain a sign in a conspicuous place upon the premises of his place of business. The name of the broker or the name under which he conducts his business set forth in his license must be clearly shown thereon.
2. The size and place of the sign must conform to regulations adopted by the Commission.
3. Similar signs must also be erected and maintained in a conspicuous place at all branch offices.
