Applications for licenses; fees. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]
1. The Board shall prescribe and furnish an application form for the use of all persons who desire to be licensed pursuant to this chapter.
2. All applications filed with the Board must be accompanied by the required fee fixed by the Board in an amount not to exceed:
(a) For an administrator of a residential facility for groups, $150.
(b) For a nursing facility administrator, $250.
3. The Board may fix and charge an additional fee to cover the cost of administering the examinations if the Board determines that there is not sufficient other money to cover such costs.
