Nevada Revised Statutes Section 656.150 - Professions, Occupations and Businesses

Application for certificate; passage of examination and payment of fee required for issuance. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.]

1. Each applicant for a certificate must file an application with the Executive Secretary of the Board at least 30 days before the date fixed for examination. The application must be accompanied by the required fee.

2. No certificate may be issued until the applicant has passed the examination prescribed by the Board and paid the fee as provided in NRS 656.220.
