Nevada Revised Statutes Section 34.650 - Remedies - Special Actions and Proceedings
Writ of process may issue on Sunday or nonjudicial day. Any writ of process authorized by NRS 34.360 to 34.830, inclusive, may be issued and served on Sunday or any other nonjudicial day.
