Nevada Revised Statutes Section 39.380 - Remedies - Special Actions and Proceedings

Proceeding if party entitled to share or lienholder becomes purchaser. When a party entitled to a share of the property, or an encumbrancer entitled to have his lien paid out of the sale, becomes a purchaser, the master or the court may take his receipt for so much of the proceeds of the sale as belongs to him.
