Applicability of NRS, N.R.C.P. and N.R.A.P. to proceedings. The provisions of title 2 of NRS and the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure, so far as the same are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, are hereby made applicable to the proceedings under this chapter.
