Authorized searches for unstamped cigarettes. In order to obtain evidence of any violation of this chapter, the Department, its agents, and all peace officers and revenue-collecting officers of this state shall have the right of visitation and inspection of any place where they may have reason to believe unstamped cigarettes are stored, warehoused or kept for sale. Such visitation and inspection shall be conducted during business hours.
