Deposit of money collected or received by certain divisions. Money collected or received by:

1. The Division of Emergency Management pursuant to chapter 414 of NRS; or

2. The State Fire Marshal Division pursuant to chapter 477 of NRS,

Ê must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the appropriate accounts of the respective divisions.
