Representatives designated to serve on cooperating committee. The designated representatives of this state to serve on the cooperating committee established by article IV of the Multistate Highway Transportation Agreement are:

1. The Chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on Transportation or a person designated by him; and

2. The Chairman of the Assembly Standing Committee on Transportation or a person designated by him.
