“New vehicle dealer” defined. “New vehicle dealer” means any vehicle dealer licensed under the provisions of this chapter as a new vehicle dealer who has a franchise from a manufacturer of vehicles to sell new vehicles and who acquires new or new and used vehicles for resale.
